Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating a TriagoAI account you agree to these terms. TriagoAI is an AI-native IT service management platform operated on a software-as-a-service basis.
2. Trial & subscription
New workspaces start on a 14-day free trial with no payment card required. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. AI actions & fair use
Plans include a monthly allowance of AI actions (one agent run or one chat turn). Exceeding the allowance pauses AI features until the next cycle or an upgrade. We reserve the right to limit abusive or automated usage that materially exceeds normal patterns.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you process through TriagoAI. We do not use your data to train public models. On-prem and local-AI (Ollama) modes are available where data residency is required. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Automated actions & approval
AI agents may diagnose and propose remediation, but destructive actions always require human approval before execution. You are responsible for the approvals granted in your workspace and for the infrastructure you connect.
6. Liability
TriagoAI is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
